Bible Study and Articles

Presently this site features God’s plan of salvation alone. In the near future, we plan to include Bible studies and articles that will help your spiritual, marriage, and family life. Please be patient as we grow as a ministry.

The Key of Life:

1) In the beginning man had an open door to God and there was perfect fellowship between them. But man sinned and turned his back on God.

"Therefore, as by one man [Adam] sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned" (Romans 5:12).

2) Because man sinned, the door of perfect fellowship with God was closed, which resulted in death (spiritual separation from God).

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).
"For the wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23).

3) Since then man has tried various keys to open the door to reach God. None of them work: Not singing in the choir, serving as usher, giving, works, knowledge, or enlightenment.

"For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God not of works, lest any man should boast" (Eph. 2:8, 9).

4) Since man-made keys fail, God sent forth in due time the perfect key: Jesus Christ.

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the father, but by me" (John 14:6).

5) You must receive Jesus Christ by faith into your heart as Savior and Lord.

"But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name" (John 1:12).

There is another way that many people try; the way of destruction which the Bible calls the Lake of fire (Revelation 20:15).

In His goodness, God gives us a choice.

If you would like to come to Jesus and be saved from your sins, you can pray this simple prayer right now. "Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God. Please forgive me for my sins and come into my life to be my Savior and Lord. Amen."

If this really is the desire of your heart, then truly you are a new creation in Christ with a promise. Jesus said, "And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand" (John 10:28).

The Bible says that as a result of receiving Christ as Savior and Lord:

  • You are born again (2 Cor. 5:17).
  • You have become a son/daughter of God (John 1:12).
  • Your sins are forgiven and forgotten (1 John 1:9, Heb. 10:17)!
  • You can know that you have eternal life (1 John 5:13).
  • You will be with Jesus forever (John 14:3).

To grow as a Christian, you need to:

  • Pray daily.
  • Read the Bible daily. (We suggest starting with Gospel of John, then Romans).
  • Regularly attend a church where Jesus Christ is glorified and where the Bible is taught.
  • Tell others about the commitment you have made.
